This is pretty hard.
Electronic patches require timing your steps right, the guard/UFOs require you time what you move to the coin with.
If your stuck on a part (I doubt it)

For electronic patches follow they're pattern, move to the button when the first patch stops being active, and move to the blue when the seccond stops. and wait for the seccond to stop again and move to the empty gate spot, then repeat step one only move for the start point.
For UFO/Guards, Trick one of them to destroy the other, then wait for the last one to move to the wall covered side. quickly collect the coins and dart for the exit.
