How does the idea sound?

Let's have a monthly WAE adventure competition to see who's the "WA Champ" for each month.
The more monthly titles you win, the better you are!
Each month we'll have a different leveltex adventure and participants must make adventure out of that leveltex only.
How about the idea? Anyone interested in participating?
It sounds interesting to me.

Personally, I think Emerald should be a judge.

I'm not much of a competition person, but a judge would be fun, yet I dont have lots of free time.

What about me?

You would make a good judge since you would only say "Perhaps" to EVIL LEVELS.

I can do judging so me and Emerald are judges?

There will be 5 judges overall. I'm PERMANENTLY one of 'em since I'm the chief contestor.
And the judges should be persons who didn't participate.
Each month 4 judges will change.
Any problem? HUH?

ME TOO. Also, MyNameIsKooky wanted to be a judge I think or something.

Oh, wait, I didn't see that post. I think the number of judges should be permanent. If you want to rotate judges, do like 1 judge that changes or something because so far you only have 4 volunteers anyway.

Considering that me and Emerald are the only people who actually make adventures on a regular basis, I don't think this will get so far.

I think the idea sounds great!
So when do you think we can start?

I'd like to be a judge!

How about everyone who wants to vote can, instead of restricting the voting to a certain amount of judges?
If you do that, my vote for best One-Room level is going to Battle of the Wits.

Mr. Zurkon's Retarded Holiday had a boss battle against TED's DoorFlower.
The Annoyance Machine had a boss battle against the Ghost Chomper.
The Ghost Chomper was kind of meh.
TED's DoorFlower was good, but it was just another one of the 9,001 FireFlower boss battles.
I've never considered a boss battle against a Thwart, so I say that "It Isn't a Mine Key" had the best boss.
Also, I didn't expect people to like Battle of the Wits so much. I kind of winged it.

I've been planning an AWESOME boss that is probably gonna beat that. It's just like a fireflower boss, but it shoots FIVE fireballs at once, and the only way to damage it is it it is hit at the very front.

Five fireballs at once? How exactly do you plan to do that?

It's simple, but secret. The thing is you don't have any weapon, and the walls are Ice blocks to deflect the fire balls.
It may sound normal and simple, but he shoots the fireballs at different angles, and only if a fireball hits him at a certain angle will it actually lower his health.
The hard part is avoiding all the fireballs and making him shoot at the right angles.

I think you're talking about something else. Not Wonderland Adventures.

Emerald141 isn't a judge? Aww.
...and I still don't like the idea of getting rid of four of the judges each time and replacing them, seeing as you only have 7 volunteers right now. I much more like the idea of open voting/judges that don't change.
Anyway, I'll be voting the same as Emerald141, because he didn't get to be a judge and because I agree with most of his votes anyway.

I can organize a semi-official contest. Just drop a PM if you need any help from the mods
(and yes, what we do is just help you get Patrick's attention then maybe make a poll, that's it)

I am. It's perfectly possible.
