Problem with RTW game controls

I have started to play RTW again lately. But now I have a problem: whenever the game is open, and I press alt-x-9 on my keyboard, in order to shift the perspective, a new tiny window opens ... something about java snoozesoft... and nothing will close it except task manager. The perspective shift does not happen. There is a problem with some, but not all, of the other numbers as well. How do I resolve this?

Some software called snoozesoft is blocking your Alt+X. Uninstall it if you don't need it, or make sonnzesoft bind on other hotkeys.
thank you, but:

There is no file by the name of snooze or snoozesoft anywhere on my computer. (I did a search of all hard drives (c,d,e) for a file by that name.)
It is also not under control panel -> software
But Alt-x-9 Does open this annoying windowlet even when rtw is not on. The full text in the windowlet is SysTray for Java v2.3.1 by Snoozesoft".

All of the options are not doable. Java is a pretty vital plug-in and may disturb some work if you did. Option D is not doable because bindings on hotkeys are global - they work across any keyboard-based inputting hardware.
Can you get a screenshot for that matter?

Well, I found a programme on my computer. That is the one that made me download the latest Java Update. When it is running concurrently, it takes over the Alt-x-9 as a shortcut. My solution is not to run the two concurrently.
Tyteen I did not understand your last response.

When the SnoozeSoft thing pops up, press Print Screen on your keyboard, and paste it on Paint. Save it then upload to the forum.

Tyteen, this is not going to be particularly interesting:
When I play in the windowed modus, the attached picture pops up whenever I press alt-x-9. I can continue to play, without the alt-x-9 function. Or I can close the programme that takes over the function, and alt-x-9 works normally.
When I play full screen, alt-x-9 works the way it is supposed to, even when other programmes are running on the computer.

Press Windows + R. Type msconfig in the box, the press Run. Select Start (or the fourth tab), try to find one that is related to any of these files:
systray4j.jar
systray4j.dll
build.cmd
Uncheck the box next to them, reboot the computer. If you want to completely remove those programs simply search for systray4j and delete the related files.
If there is nothing related to these files in the start menu, please provide a screenshot to let me figure out which is which. If you have unchecked the box but the Alt-X key is still blocks please let me know.
