WA COMMUNITY CHALLENGE 4: Funland

I know, I know, I couldn't come up with a better idea

Here's how it goes, Make A level where the player goes into a circus/funland/carnival/themeparks/etc. , playing some games, like roller coasters, dropping all the cans, rotating cups, and some interesting ideas in mind, And a little cut scene show for laughs or entertainment.

Rules:

1: There must be a good looking hub area, as if you are going to the funland in real life, goes the same thing here, and some scenery too (10 Points)

2: at least one ride/game to play or ride, as a minimum amount of games (30 points)

3: don't make the games annoying, I hate frustating challenges that you must keep on loading saved slots (20 points)

4: Npcs, yes, unless if you want to go to deserted funland, which I won't agree on (15 points)

5: minimum wlv.s: 3, maximum wlv.s : 30, minimum dia.s: 4, maximum dia.s: infinite (15 points)

Custom stuff are allowed, put as much as you like, but try not using random ones or too many for no good reason, or else if you don't want to make this, points won't be deducted

There is no due date, once all the three entries are complete, the community challenge finishes

so, summing up the points, here's how it is, HUB: 10/ GAMES: 30/ TROUBLESOME OR NOT: 20/ NPC: 15/ LIMITING: 15/ EXTRA: 10/ TOTAL: 100

I like the challenge. I've had a million ideas for games stuck in my head until now, and now I can release them.

Just one question - are we allowed to have any arcade games

By the way, So I MUST use cutscenes?? (Excuted with cmd 102-104??)

I do't think a funland level will have an interesting cutscene!!

Erm, I don't know about whether they're required, but when people say cutscenes for adventures, they mean 'artificial' ones. Those are made by being CMD 7 teleported to a wlv. file where the player is hidden under a bogus wall and a dialog story is played out. Real cutsenes are only for hubs.

I got an awesome idea for this. If I am lucky, I could win.

yzfm: it's for a little show, bring clowns, monsters, you even make fails, Something that must be interesting, and don't forget telling us in a dialog whether it's spooky, funny, casual, etc.

I have a problem. I can't find any good carnival or fun fair music. The only one I know is MNIK's circus theme and that's way too upbeat for my level...Help?

little zbot's music pack has fancy ones, I have a funny song in my music pack, not trying to brag though, and uhh, MWM and Ice music packs have fancy music, But not much. try dealing with the best.

There might be something in Nobody's pack as well.

Thanks I'll use Little Z-Bot's, or my own, (which will hopefully be released soon.) I'm using am music editor right now to make my own track versions of the 1-6 oggs. If it works out, I'll have carnival music ready for everyone in under an hour.

I think that's possible but it's never a good idea to make an adventure unsolvable because it ruins the fun in it.

That would severely lower your chances of winning...

Also, it's a CHALLENGE and a good challenge should be hard but not impossible, right?

So make it solvable and I'll bet you'll have a good chance of winning.
