Hi Wonderlanders,

A different type of level from me this time

Small and short

Once you know how to do it then try to see how fast you can do it.

Including getting the bonus coin :-

Within 1 min 20 secs - GOOD
Within 1 min 10 secs - VERY GOOD
Within 1 min - You join the Malcdelsol group (58 secs my fastest)
Within 55 secs - Are you sure your not kidding me

My fruit is spoiling and the Big Bad Wolf is controlling the pink and blue timers...
But..it is early....a different approach is needed I think.

After FINALLY eliminating all 4 UFO's correctly in the last level, this should be a piece of cake

OG - if your up to dealing with the pink and blue timer then your not far off with having the correct route

popo - YOU DON'T MEAN IT - If you need a hint let me know - this level was not suppose to be frustrating - more a chance for players to see how quick they could do it

I can do it very quick. Up to the green gate where the chomper is. Then the gate shuts or the chomper gets me.

I've never been good with dogs. They just won't do what I want them to. No respect. They can tell I'm lower down in the hierarchy.

Popo.. getting rid of the red chomper is easy....when the spirit comes back down from above, about the 2nd square, stick your nose out and the gate will get it.

We gotta stick together....Malc is having way too much fun

I'm not proud. I'll take all the hints I can get!!! I can get to the part with the dog, but he is really doing his job well!

You mean I have to let the spirit out too!!!!

Those spirits have a nasty habit of changing their mind.

I have managed to get a wee bit further each time, afraid the timer will have to stay off. I really need my right hand for this one, maybe I should wait a couple of days

********** HINTS **********

Don't suggest you let the Spirit out until the very end

If you get rid of the BIG GOOD WOLF (red chomper) then I don't think there is anyway that you can get the Rainbow coins behind the blue gate

You need to use the green timer button on the other side of the tree - of course you can't get to it - but the chomper can

If you stand Qookie 2 squares below the conveyor until the chomper is adjacent - then TOUCH the Up key to go 1 up and quickly down and left to 1 square to the left of the green timer button.
You should have gained enough lead on the chomper such that it will not go back into it's home but onto the green button.
As soon as it does GO - out of the green gate and keep going to the next safe position.

That is exactly what I've been trying to do. I only have little legs and I can't run fast enough, especially in stilettos, to get there before Wolfie goes home.

I think you must have a turbo charged keyboard. I've got a new one and it's still not fast enough.

Can't you rewrite the level in slow motion just for li'l ol' me?

The most important bit is just a TOUCH of the Up key and immediately onto the Down key and then a smooth left turn to be behind the BIG tree.

So sorry to cause so much hassle

See, I told you it was easy.

I threw my stilettos over the hedge, they were holding me back.

Don't know how long it took me cos I had the clock turned off, but I did stop for a breather quite a few times, and I needed oxygen by the end.

You are a wicked level maker Malc.

Big CONGRATS to all that have now tamed the BIG GOOD WOLF and made their way to ol'gramma

Have a nights rest and then maybe tomorrow give it another go now you know the route.

You'll be surprised that if you 'Go for It' - just how quickly it can be done

All the whinning and complaining disappears when you finish one of Malc's, such a good feeling it is.

I didn't use the yellow button and gate at all...did it have a purpose or was there just for added color???

Well, that again just goes to show no matter how much effort we all put in to make a level there are some clever players out there who can always 'find another way' - Well Done

Mind you - not too sure you'll ever do it inside a minute by missing out the yellow bits

Ah that is the difference....I don't play for time so if I had, then I would have been the slow poke

By going in there I couldn't get the wolf to step on the pink button, he got hung up at the end of the isle.

I'm sure I did it the right way. I ran straight past Wolfie, nipped in to press the yellow button and then legged it through the yellow gates before taking a breather. Then Wolfie was putty in my hands.

Great level Malc!

Sorry to break this to you but I did it in 45 - can be done in about 35/36 seconds.

*** BIG SPOILER ***












1. As the screen is coming on, race up & collect the coin (releasing the Rainbow Spirit) & head up 3 paces above the Green gate.
2. When the RS opens the green gate, head through & collect coin 1
3. Open the Yellow gate & collect coins 2-4
4. Don't waste any time getting through the yellow gate or the Chomper will get stuck in the corner there.
5. If you're quick enough you can pop through the pink gate & collect coin 5. Head back through the gate & over to the square above the Blue timer.
6. When the chomper is in the straight heading for the timer race over to the Blue gate.
7. You should be able to collect the coins 6-9 & get out before the timer finishes.
8. Open the Red gate & head out to the finish.

Here's where luck comes in. Firstly that the RS doesn't head north at the start & wipe you out straight away. Secondly that it collects the 2 bottom coins without being wiped out by the spikes!

For my 45 seconds I still had to collect the bottom right coin.

I left it until the last possible moment and went straight to the exit, but I am a coward.

What can I say but EXCELLENT work on completing this level in such a small time - WOW 45 secs

Goodness knows how many times you played it before the Spirit did what was required

I am not, for 1 second, going to pretend that I had thought of such a solution - but can you imagine if I had designed the level so that you needed such luck - I would have been Hung, Drawn & ........

I guess this makes me somwhere between good and very good, as I managed to do it in 1 min 15 sec? I will try again and see if I can high my score.

I made it in 57 seconds, phew! I than tried the Rainbow spirit method. Finally got him to do what I wanted but he got spiked, after that I've decided to be happy with just beating 58 seconds.


Gosh I missed this game. I've been out of commision for awhile. My roof leaked onto my laptop and it wasn't thirsty. Took me longer than I tohught to get back together but, I'm back now and see I have a tom to catch up on.
