I figured out Loopy's secrets, got all 4 question marks, made it to secret area, won, the levels, and collected the gems by the shipwreck, but I can't figure out how to get to the red arrow in the middle of the "clock with 12 faces."

A little help please?

Use the question marks on the numbers of the faces that are listed in Loopy's secrets.

But I don't have the question marks anymore. I used them to get the first area on the top, that led me to the eight secret levels and the gems by the shipwreck.

If I recall correctly, the middle area was just so you could get your question marks back. (If you placed them on the faces incorrectly.)

Yeah, the middle area was just a retry puzzle thing. Nothing in there except four more question marks to make up for the ones you used.

Don't stress... there's nothing special in there.
