The Wonderland Board

The Logo crowd sourcing project is still under way, but here's a second area where I think it would be fun to have some user input.

As those of you who work with the editor know, there is a standard "custom item" image that is used for some of the extra pick-up items used throughout the games (e.g. Tokens, Map, Glyphs, etc).

There are a few more that will be added to WAPOTZ by myself, but it leaves quite a few empty rows (see attached pic). I would like to have some of these rows filled in with user submitted items.

This is more of interest for the eventual release of the final WA editor (after POTZ comes out), but I will also try to use a couple of submitted items in POTZ (e.g. for a little side mission).

Items should be on black background, dimensions 58x46 pixels.

Deadline for submissions is June 2nd. There is no free game as a prize this time if one (or more) of your items are selected, but your name (either full or forum name - as you wish) will appear in the credits.

Addition: Again, please email me the submissions instead of posting. I will compile and post after the deadline.

If we submit things for this, or any other thing like this, does that automatically mean we can't be a beta tester or level designer (if you choose to have any), or can we submit for as many things we want?

I'm almost 100% certain you can apply for as many things as you think you can do.

I've just sent off my icon. It actually turned out better than I expected.

I didn't do the logo, so I think I might have a crack at this.

Would Adobe Flash be a good format to email you?

Adobe Flash is used for flash objects, flash games or small animations, not for images.
Shouldn't you be using an image file format (such as .png or .bmp)?

Also, Midnight Synergy may not have Adobe Flash.

I haven't used flash before, but I think you can draw pictures and stuff in it as well (to be used for flash purposes, but you may be able to export them to an image format).

I can't figure out how to convert Flash files, so I'm just going to hope this works.

MS, do you have Adobe Flash? If not, then I can't do this.

Sorry, but your icons were 0.0000341 of a second late. This means that your icons will not be considered.

Thanks for all the submissions so far. There actually haven't been that many - and this one is perhaps the least urgent of all (since it won't affect anything until the editor)... so I'm leaving this open ended for now.

I also must admit that I've been side-tracked this past week or so and haven't been able to do much with these so far. Sorry!
