Waterfall Glitch Help

I haven't used waterfalls in AGES. Today, I needed one for the sewer area in Amnesia. However, when I placed them in the editor, they had weird dark patches diagonally spread across them. In the player, they look exactly the same (see picture). At first I thought there was something wrong with my waterfall texture (in the data/leveltextures folder), but there wasn't. Can somebody please help?

Don't worry about it. It's a common graphics glitch.

That happens when you put the waterfalls too close to the wall. Just tweak the YAdjust and it should be fine.

But the waterfalls in my pic are 2 tiles away from the walls...?

That actually happens whenever you have a waterfall. It also sometimes happens for tropical trees.

This is a really common glitch.
Also, just because it's doing it with you, doesn't mean it will do it to others when you share your levels.

My old computer used to do it, but my new one doesn't do it.
I would like to know exactly what is causing it though (unless you already know), so can you please tell me your computer specs?

It has something to do with graphics cards, I believe. Nothing you can do about it.

Yeah, I already knew that. My theory is that it's the old ATI graphics cards. It might have something to do with that they lack thin model rendering.
