How do you get to the coins and back again on Desert Pinball?

You can close the gate, as well as open it...

Already I confess to being stuck on a Z-bot level.. Desert Pinball... i have the gems, but even if I forget the coins for now, i hit the timer and can't make it through the gates... i cant work out how to align the spring things to get me there quicker... Can anyone point out my mistake please?

Can someone please tell me where this level is? I seem to have missed it and have been wandering around for what seems like ages! Thanks.

It's at the beginning of Barren, in the same area as the other three.

dsg, it's in Barren, where you need 3 orange keys to get to the next level, the 4th orange key gets the coins and the entrance is down the bottom, on the right... if you can solve it, let me know, I'm stuck...

Does anyone know how to get GOLD on this level? I haven't found the solution yet, and had to very reluctantly skip it to progress. I want however to floing back to it to get GOLD. Does anyone know the solution? It would be greatly appreciated.

Which one is this again? I don't remember. (as in, describe it please)

Ah, now I remember. What you need to do is get to the island with the yellow gate, and push the button to make sure it's closed again, then use the rotation button to turn the spring downwards so you can get the coins and spring back. If you DON'T press the yellow button again, you'll get stuck. When you're back, open the yellow gate again and point the spring north-west. Bounce off of it, press the timer, and quickly move to the spring directly northeast of the button, and you're done!
