How do I get to the blue teleporter?

Assuming you mean the indigo teleporter to the exit:

Just before or after the red teleporter, pop the left/right platform

Yellow teleporter, gem

Just before the green teleporter, pop the left/right platform

After you enter the green teleporter, time your stepping onto the up/down platform so that it blocks and left/right platform, which will leave it reachable.

Hopefully the chompers won't activate it while you use blue/violet (I saved right before the green teleporter, myself, because I had to replay the final bit of the level a lot) - by the way, there's 2 gems and 2 coins down there, half are hard to see due to walls.

Never ever use the orange teleporter.

Turn back and trigger the fireball traps with the right timing to kill the water chompers.

Thanks, I had tried doing that multiple times and it was like they never seemed to die when the fire hit them.
