The Wonderland Board

I am asking a lot of questions, one of mine (which is a concept I'm going to test, but want to just ask right now) is it possible to, Flash. The player?
Since any object that is flashed MUST be teleported to (1,1). If it is specialized for player viewing, is it possible for the player to be flashed with a magic shooter and be reflashed somewhere else?
It is a very interesting concept to think about, think of all the things you could do with it!

If the player's at 1,1 and casts a Flash spell, they'll be teleported, but Flash spells that hit the player do nothing.

Nothing happens,I tried using vault on the level dark waters in creepy keep,flash magic does not flash the player.
