The Wonderland Board

Well, I haven't finished the game yet, so I'm wondering if there's anything I should hold onto an extra rainbow key for. I got a rainbow key that was meant for the gate between Star World Place and the Wonderland Academy, but I held onto it instead, and every time I go through the wonderland portal to get to the academy. Does this help in any way, or should I just go ahead and use it?

You don't need to use it, but that's what it's there for.

By the last part of the game, if you've unlocked all the gates you can find, you should have 2 keys left. If you don't open the gate to the Academy, you should have 3.
