Welcome everyone to the Ultimate POTZ Editor!

It's the same Unofficial POTZ editor... to which you must extract the 2 packages...

PROLOGUE
I tweaked the mofi editor and potz wg.exe into one directory such that you can edit and play POTZ featured adventures simultaneously. This editor will come in REALLY HANDY to friends who are making a hacked POTZ hub now. The adventures you create in the editor can be converted and played in te custom menu of POTZ. So, read the instructions below:

INTRODUCTION
This editor is a modified version of the original WA Editor v0.96 created by Midnight Synergy. This editor is used to edit and play adventures of the POTZ generation. It’s simple and easy to use. All you have to do is to follow the list of instructions given.

INSTRUCTIONS
First and foremost step is that you must own a copy of POTZ. Then you need to extract the “ultimate-potz-editor.rar” into your “C” drive following which you should copy wg.exe of POTZ into the editor's directory. Then, open Editor.exe, enter your username and then start working with adventures.

I've written the other instructions in a manual that comes with the download

NOTES
Never use 1, 1 as the starting coordinates for a level. It will MAV in the player.
Avoid putting new models in the models directory because it will say couldn’t load body.b3d
For people who have existing POTZ hubs, all you need to do is to copy all your adventures from your MOFI editor's editing folder and paste them into this POTZ editor's editing folder
If the editor tells you that it can't load any model, keep opening it again and again without closing the first ones. At one point, it works and the adventure list will come

DOWNLOAD

While I don't think having a package like this is a bad idea, I'm not sure on the legality here - MoFI has a demo, which is what the MoFI Editor hack originated from, but there's no such thing for PoTZ. I'm not sure that sharing the PoTZ binary code (the executable/.exe file) would be alright... :?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that.

Also, you don't actually have to compile adventures to run them in the player - All the compiling process does is create the .wa2 file, the raw Editor files are identical to the ones used by the game itself. :)

I don't think MS would disagree with that because:
1. There's gonna be a POTZ editor from MS in 2-3 months
2. There's gonna be a POTZ demo soon
3. People are already making a POTZ hub and when they release it, the wg will also be released
4. When they have uploaded POTZ music and textures which also belong to MS, why not only the player?
5. Many of us have used the MOFI full version wg.exe in our hubs and we didn't get any warnings or problems as such

But still, let me clarify that with MS and then whether I'll upload wg or not will come soon

If you want attach POTZ wg.exe, zip it in a password protected file and ask MS that the password could be from the dialogs of the game like:

First dialog,2nd interchange,1st line 1st word.

So our password is ADVENTURER

MS told me that those who have wa3 can copy wg.exe and put it in the editor. So no uploading of wg.exe

Hi! The Kaboom and green crab models are not loading on the editor. Everything else is ok. Any ideas why? WOP parameters problem?

Sorry for bumping, I know this sounds very absurd, but does anyone have the hacked POTZ Editor. I remember having it in around 2015, but I couldn't find it in my old hard drive. I need it for the WonderArchive project, of archiving every WA version http://pcpuzzle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=28271
