[Idea/Request] Recreation of Entire Wonderland Map

Hello,

I have an idea for a recreation of the entire wonderland map.
As in to make an adventure that contains every wonderland place from all games including Wonderland, Star's End, Fire Island, Barren, UO, etc...

It would be a community project. The intention is that in the end: anybody can just download the adventure and use it as their hub adding adventures and story, etc...

I would LOVE to see this happen.

This is more of a request from the community rather than an idea ;)

Guidelines:
- No Dialog except signs
- No Puzzles
- No Buttons or Gates
- Nothing that would require doing something else first, that would be the job of the hub designer
- Don't go too in depth in one area or we'll run out of maps
- Make sure all places connect together properly

Keep in mind though that I don't want to be a leader for this project :P

Anyway any thoughts, ideas?

Can we do this?

I don't care if it takes 5 years to pull off but I would LOVE to see this :)

HUGE BUMP. (I'm hoping this is acceptable for a three year bump.)

When I found this topic a month ago, I thought this was a pretty good idea. I doubted the entire community would be able to get together and do this, so I just went and started it on my own. I haven't made much progress on this though, I've only gotten it to the windmill.

I'm hoping to get some help on this, as it's really hard.

Guidelines say "No Buttons or Gates". I kind of ignored that one. I'm only using them for the entrances to Wondertown, Creepy Keep, etc.

EDIT: No dialog except signs is now ignored. Went ahead with some dialog from Jedlic.

Here's some of my progress.

Edit: Just kidding, here's some REAL progress.

Wait, so you recreate the WA1 hub instead of converting it with the WA1 tools from Legacy Editor hex-editing topic?

I've always took the .wlvs from original WA trilogy and modified them, then I realised it in fact complicates most of the storylines and decided to simply send the Stinkers to another planet via a Rainbow Gate due to some catastrophe making Wonderland at least temporarily inhabitable.

And after all that I realised I don't have enough time and puzzle ideas to make a hub.

I couldn't find that...
Can you link that topic to me so I can insert some of the wlvs of WA1 into the project? I've been doing it without it. :P

I found it easier to just re-upload it from my hard drive instead of diving into the HEX-editing topic.
