The Floing Command: Command 115

I have discovered this command while experimenting from commands
111-115 when I have reached command 115. When I entered the command
on WA Editor, it MAVed. But when I tried it on WA, it showed the box that you will see when Guggenheimer ( the Floing magic student )will Floing you.
So, I found out that this command worked only on hubs.
You can use this if you have a Floing wizard on your hub.
