Is the last room with the stinkers supposed to be beatable? :?

EDIT: Oh, darn, I failed to notice that one arrow over there, was trying to figure out how to save them, ready to employ ridiculous timing tricks and exploits for the top left spikeyball and using an exploit to get that walled-in stinker... lol. :lol: You got me!
