Pretty decent for one of your first adventures.

Some tips:

- In most cases, you'll want to make dialogue-triggering General Commands non-repeatable. You should've set "Repeatable" to "No" on the General Command at the beginning of this adventure that triggers the dialogue. Otherwise, the player is able to step on that General Command again to keep repeating the dialogue, which makes no sense in the context of the story.
- Instead of having long and boring hallways where the player has to collect a ton of items, have the player be able to progress through them very quickly by adding springs or something.

I was thinking so, yes. Not really a hub, though.
