573LIZM - PQ2.23 Return to the Witchdoctor

Apologies for the long wait. I've had In-Laws staying as houseguests for a few days so been mega busy, then exhausted!

Anyway - Loof and Qookie found this map last time, so it's back to Witchdoctor Island.

Hope you enjoy!

Amnon spotted a huge loophole. Surprise, surprise!
So for anyone at all interested, here's the level with the hole blocked. :P

It's better to have Inlaws than Outlaws.

So which doctor is the witch-doctor?
Well I'm off to find out... :)

This was fun, but a huge loophole saved much work by allowing the duo to exit from above the exit instead of using the water-transporter and risking it with the kaboom.

Thanks.

Thanks for pointing that out Amnon. I was in too much of a hurry to get something out there after such a long time.

I've posted the level above with the repaired loophole. 8)

I just played the revised version.

I assume that the second kaboom is meant to activate the timer, but I still hate to walk among kabooms, so I killed him and found an alternate way

Hi Liz,

Looked like I was seeing three Qookie's at once!
What a complex layout you've laid out. 8)
Many tricky traps and perilous pitfalls on that island. :P
But I finally completed the revised version and earned a gold star. :)
Had a few hiccups with one kaboom stepping on a button and clipping the other kaboom in the gate.
But then I discovered a way to protect him.
The two bonus coins on the island were an extra challenge.

Thank you for an incredible feast! :D

Hey Liz,

I probably did this in the most convoluted (AARGGG) way possible, but I did get the gold.

Quick fingers were needed (I think) to get the two bonus coins.

I killed the zbot (he was too pesty) and didn't use one wooden box.

I'm eager to see the video to see how you intended it to be played.

Thanks for another great level in the pirate series.

Hi Liz
The revised level was a great adventure. My pirates spent a long time in the (very explosive  ) lower left corner, and getting all bonus coins was really an additional challenge.
The texture is very tricky because of the well disguised breaktiles. Thanks again!

Well, yet again there are multiple ways to do my levels.

Anne, I'd be very interested to know how you got through without using the z-bot.

I'll put out the video in a few days.

Hey Liz,

I had one character step on the turquoise timer while the other one did the top left puzzle.

Great thinking!

Thanks Anne. 8)

Great teamwork level Liz. :D

I used all the items in the manner I think they were intended. The zbot ran one timer a boomer ran the other and our heroes left safely with the gold.

Thanks for the fun!
