On Top of the Void Mouth Part 1: Thwarting the Siege.

Type: Storyline-Tennis
Difficulty: Easy
Puzzle Difficulty: Very Easy
Action Difficulty: Moderate
Length: Moderately Short
Settings: Cave (Mechanical/Natural)
Synopsis: The Red Thwart has sent a message to you asking that you come to the Thwart's home cave quickly. You make your way there, wondering what it is about.

The final product was not all I was hoping, but the value of getting it out quickly seemed higher than heavily revising it. So, here it is.

Part one of Tennis with Jutomi.

EDIT: Changed the filename format to match what I'll be using in the future.

This was an interesting start to a new tennis!
Pretty easy puzzles, but the Pow and chomper area was rather annoying.
The plot is pretty good, and it will be interesting to see how this develops further.
Thanks for sharing! :)

Such action and drama you have indeed added here. :o

I thank you for abducting my little stinker
to either save the thwarts or die with all of Wonderland. :P
We needed some more epic adventures.

I look forward to trying my hand to make the
next part as epic and close enough to the main
settings as possible. :)

Yeah, but, I took up the challenge,
and unless something bad happens,
I intend to stick to them both. ;)

I have a feeling this will probably end up being
a slower tennis on both of our behalves, though. :P

Finally I repaired my computer, I can now play/make adventures! :D

That adventure was great. Is it normal that there is no music? The chomper part was a bit annoying, but overall, was not stressful. Thanks for that adventure.

You need to download MWM's POTZ music pack.

Ah, oops. I'll try to remember to post when music packs are needed.

Nearly all adventures I publish will use my music pack. Many will also use MNIK's as well.

Oh my...The area with chompers is really hard.
It gives me a lot of nightmares and it's very hard...
I don't know how to pass it.

Help Via Running Right

There are a few ways to solve this segment.

The jest is that you use one pow charge on each chomper,
with the last charge being used on the TNT barrels.

Fast reflexes and great coordination is one solution.
Cheating's another. ()
Luck is yet another...

What I did to help me out was immediately go as far right as possible,
pow the lower-right chomper, go to the end, and

ANNIHILATE EVERYTHING IN SIGHT.

Hm...I will try it when I will find time...
Well, thanks for the advice Jutomi !!!

The important part is to not spam your charges; 8 will be used for the chompers, and you need the last one to finish the stage. I personally go slowly and first defeat the closest, and going on and on. You must do it quick, so you should definitely save the game before the match and keep going on until you win.

Great level, so far the plot is clear and fascinating. Hopefully I'd expect more levels from you, MWM. :)

Since Part 3 is underway again now that school is starting to wind down for me, I changed the file name to match the format I'll be using in the future. No idea why I wasn't using this format already.

No need to redownload if you don't care about the sorting, but, Jutomi, would you mind, when you get a chance, changing part 2's file name to "Void Mouth#ototvm002"

I'm getting around to actually playing these adventures, this is a good first tennis part.

This was a nice adventure. My only complaint is that the non-puzzle areas feel sort of empty - when you have large open spaces like that, they could use some more scenery and/or NPCs (for instance, the courtyard from The Mysterious Duck Part 16 was a pretty great "large hub area").

Figured I'd play that as well. Great adventure indeed!

This adventure was good, I had a few minor problems with it, though. Mainly because of how the wlvs looked, they looked kinda "flat", I think alternating between walls' heights, adding rocks/mushrooms in a few places here and there and adding a few glowworms would've made the large empty area look a lot better, but that's a minor thing more than anything, so uh... yeah.
I also wished the mecha-chomper area was a little more forgiving.
Overall, it was a nice experience! Thanks for sharing it! :D

Yeah, I will admit this was kinda lazy, especially on scenery, but hey. I made it in a single day. That's like, the fastest thing I've done since TMD4, or something.

So, I'm well aware that it's a bit late for this - well over two years late, ok.

Still, here you go.
