A Lost Leveltexture(?) -- Portal

I've been trying to hunt down a leveltexture that my editor can't load for a while now, the one I have is in horrid JPG format and it looks outright horrible even when I DO create a mock fix for it.
I've tried my hardest to hunt it down on the forum using search, and have gotten zero results. Does anyone have a copy or can point me in the right direction of the leveltexture? I've been searching for so long and I really just can't find it.
