So I've got to Star Town and completed all 3 of the puzzles, talked to Hawking, and collected sparkle's gems... Now what do I do?

Talk to Hawking so that another star comes and unlocks the north path.

I tried talking to him again, but he only gave the info from the first time I talked to him... Is there anything special i have to choose while talking?

Just try every option and eventually you'll be able to continue.
