On top of that, did you actually get permission from Patrick to use the assets from Wonderland Adventures?

So... no, in other words? I'm pretty sure it's illegal to be using the assets without permission like that. I don't think Patrick would mind, but it's courteous to at least ask first.

It does not matter if the assets are protected/encrypted. You didn't make them, so you still need permission before using them.

You're not the one to decide whether MS will agree or not. And he will not answer your messages because you spammed him half a year or so ago. If you cause a problem, then it's your responsibility to either accept consequences from it or try to resolve it.

I second that, Jutomi. it looks fantastic!
But I have one suggestion: Can you make the spell ball colors so that Thwarts shoot orange fire balls and Ice trolls shoot cyan ice balls?

Yes I just added where it can do more different spells.
it's just an adjustment.
but still need to write the editor for game as well I have started it yet but doesn't do much yet.
I have not added ice trolls yet It's a ice thwart.
I'm going to add ice trolls right now.
sorry I haven't added shadows yet I just want to work on other stuff first.
I'm also adding where the ice troll can throw Pow fast like brr fast.
also adding where you can change ice troll color texture adjustment like the thwarts.

and the bugs from wa3 editor. where the ice troll would shoot thorough the walls but in wao the bug is fixed.
also fixed brr spell color.

The beta version? Now? You have barely programmed anything yet. We don't need to play a prototype, unless you're far into development (which you're currently not). Also, the project seems to be going well so far.

Hi - sorry for the late reply.
The standard rule applies - as long as it is for community projects only, i.e. only uploaded here and not distributed beyond - you are free to use some of the wonderland assets (emphasis on "some", you shouldn't take this as an invitation to put all the graphics/models/sound/music into your project... nor would that be a good idea until you have something more substantial, at which point we can also reconsider)

VERY GOOD
An idea: maybe the exe file for Wonderland Adventures Online could be placed in the same directory as the WA3E launcher. That way, the assets (models etc) could be loaded from the same external locations that WA3E uses. Because of that, WA3E's assets wouldn't have to be redistributed and some potential legal issues would be avoided. Also, being able to load custom adventures for multiplayer play without having to copy them to other locations would be really nice.
