Does anyone have the WA Editor Tools by Jafo?

I'm looking for these tools, desperately.
For ne reason only; their ability to easily give a level custom music. I have no idea how to convert my custom music numbers into hex, and I'm even less confident that I could successfully hex-edit it into my level of choice.
Does anyone happen to have a copy of it lying around?
EDIT: I think I'm going to start trying out the usual hex-edit method instead. If anyone DOES have it lying around though I'm sure more users than just me would appreciate it!
(lot of topics from me recently.. and it's been quiet around here too..)

I want these too, but mainly just for some of the WOPS he's made. I'd really like to have these too!

Wait, didn't Jafo find a way to use custom hats for NPCs? It could be useful given we now have the custom model mechanics (which I investigated heavily and I think I'll come back to Wonderland this summer, so any ideas to toy with are welcome, I need to finish my TrueMovement research as it can seriously alter the way I designed adventures).
If so, then I'll write that too:

Yeah, he had added a a stinker with a Police Hat as a WOP and as some model files. (This didn't need editor tools.) But that's just one example.
