New Level - Crazy Talk

I was actually going to hold off making any more levels until I get my hands on the new MS collection CD. Also my very old digital copies are getting cluttery, long story. But what I could do is familiarize myself with my current copy and make several levels I always wanted to do.
For instance, this level: Many signs display you messages or help you read the thoughts of our fellow stinkers. But comparing those levels with this one, that's crazy talk.
