Lag on editor when full screen

Hey everyone, I noticed strange lag on wa editor when its full screen and when i open the wlv maker. I am on 1803 windows 10 so idk why it lags. Everything with editor on windowed and the wg is fine after the fresh new windows 10 installation except editor on full screen. Also the game on FS works fine as well...

Never run the editor in full screen mode, the full screen mode is the bug in the editor itself i.e it is very buggy.
