16th Adventure: Underabundance

Rarely do I ever come up with a puzzle idea-- primarily when it comes to level design I get a layout first and try to figure out something cool and/or clever (or maybe neither) to fit into said layout. The first puzzle in this adventure is probably my first "puzzle idea" in a long time. That said, the rest of this level is either really cool or it just plain sucks, depending on your taste.
I think a fair, unspoilery hint for this one is to think like it's a Muzozavr level. Nothing hidden in this one, just good luck figuring out how to get to the finish. I'll probably do a video solution for this one eventually.
Anyways please enjoy my yearly level. Cheers!
EDIT: As usual here's an updated version because clearly I know not how to test. Your version is the current version if you see two signs in the level.
