New Level: March in Wisconsin

Yeah! March in Wisconsin. Rain, then snow, then freezing rain. Ice freezes and thaws. Watch your step. If you slip in the ice, just keep your balance and wait until you end up someplace safe.

Hi Steve,
I am getting 'smashed' from all fronts by those imfamous 'majic' boxes when on the lower section of ice.
I don't want a hint - but I would like to know that this is part of the intended level solution - and not just how the level is playing on my computer
Cheers,
Malcdelsol

Hi Spaceoff,
I have asked a sincere question of the level creator who I happen to respect
So what has your comment 'Nice' got to do with anything about this level
Maybe I'm just an old foggie

No no , he means North Dakota.....we are expecting another 6 inches of snow, with the always wonderful wind, between now and Friday!!!
I agree with Malc, it sure is fun watching all those boxes slide around
under the water.......but......?

Malc and jg:
That bottom part is meant to be tricky, but it is hard for me to tell if the disappearing boxes you are experiencing are interfering with the intended solution. However, either way, it is clear that they are a distraction in that it becomes unclear (both to me and you) whether what you are doing is going down the wrong path, or whether you are running into "a bug."
Part of me would like to PM you the "correct solution" to see if that works ok for you, but another part says that the confusion with the disappearing boxes probably makes this level too "buggy," and maybe I should just start over.
Spaceoff: was your comment "Nice" meaning that you were able to solve the level? Have you run into the disappearing box problem also?

Hi Steve,
Your post above was enough for me to think that the problem with the 'majic' boxes was only occuring because I hadn't found the intended solution.
Had another play at the level this morning and I am pleased to report - all complete with all 4 characters safely home
Not a 'majic' box insight - although when I did get them they did look good
Thanks for a very good puzzle challenge,
Malcdelsol
