Patrick, I got a PM attachment problem!

What's this all about?
I'm told on one page my attachment box is empty: 0% and when I try to attach a pic to a PM, I get this. (See screenie)
Any chance of fixing it, please?

We all had this trouble a few months ago. I thought it had been sorted out.
Perhaps because you weren't here then yours got overlooked.
Don't worry, Patrick can fix it.

It's actually the 'default' Firefox theme K!
What makes it look different is the 'Visual Style' I'm using in XP; it changes the look of everything, as you can see from this screenshot of my desktop.
Sorry the screenshot is so big, folks; you can't see it's 'gorgeousness' properly if I make it smaller.
If anyone wants to know what all these customisation programs are, just ask and I'll provide some links.

It certainly is gorgeous. That is my sort of wallpaper in my favourite colour.
It's a very male desktop, I like that sort of thing.
