New Level -- Double Bind

"What, a new level?" Yeah. Don't get used to it.
Was playing RTW recently and realized one of my old nasty ideas that I never put into practice could be... extended into further absurdity. In theory, it's impossible. In practice, it's merely unlikely.
There isn't much to this level other than its one central trick, and that's a good thing because this one central trick is rather hard to perform. It doesn't take long to retry in this level, but would've been really painful in a more multi-step puzzle. Because of this, there isn't really much misdirection (I think), just symmetry and pain.
To whoever still visits the board... good luck.
UPD: I was able to discover an alternate solution, which is rather pretty and deserves its own level... but it is an alternate solution. For the 3 people who already downloaded the original level, please get the updated version. It has two water tiles near the teleporters.
