This is a very simple level....when you know what to do.
But.....you don't know what to do

I expected the last sign to read "it's a good thing"....kinda like Martha Stewart.
It was good that I finished.
Moped for while before I did a scan and saw what I was missing!
Good fun as always.
Thanks,
jg

Very, very "cleaky"!!!! That is a mixture of clever and sneaky

I stumbled across the solution

Nice looking level too

Lillian...that is an excellent word! Cleaky! I like it.
We need to start a Wonderland Dictionary

Ahhhh, success, when you know "what to do". :D

No soko-banned, no problem! Took a few shots at it, was thoroughly
confused (not an unusual occurrance), but finally did that suss thing.

I did, however, let the sweetie out, and I survived.
I didn't think you'd mind?

Very clevel puzzle, O/G, and very enjoyable to boot.
Make another one. :D

A fun level, took a while to work out
When I figured out how to get the other coin
it wasn't too difficult

Clever puzzle, thanks :) :)

Very visually appealing which is just as well - had something nice to admire while I stood on the island tapping my feet, wondering "what to do".
Discovered u-know-what by accident and had the most trouble trapping the doggie - ran away from it in the end.
A challenge finding the secret then lots of fun making it to the exit!

Thanks Kazza :) :)

O/G This has still got me wondering what to do. :? :?

Obviously I'm going to keep trying, but might eventually have to give up and ask for help. :)

You and I have had the same idea. A Wonderland Dictionary. Just before I came to comment on your level, I'd posted a thread on General Discussion called Wonderland Dictionary. How weird is that? I too was flummoxed by the word CLEAKY. Lillian has just defined it in the Wonderland Dictionary - clever and sneaky.

More will follow ...

OG, I'm in the same boat as Liz, wondering what do to. I'll work on it awhile, leave it, and then come back again - all to no avail. Isn't it funny how some levels just come to you right away, while others continually allude you. :?

Solution when you are ready

When you start...push left box left, into the wall
push lower left box thru opening into water
next go into right wall..open passage for boulder, then push bottom box left in front of opening, then come back and push it out.
It has to go in front of the lower right coin, so you can push the boulder out that is to the right of that coin in the wall, and start the generator. The boulders will start, destroy the box in the wall and start the box generator. You don't have to outrun Sweetie, if you look carefully at the boxes

I have done the same thing as you girls.....and in the end, it was not hard at all.

Thanks for the hint, OG! Actually I had done all that, but I couldn't figure out how to get the box into the right position. DUH! Sudden it dawned on me and I thought how dumb can I be!

Loads of fun to play and figure out, Thanks! :D

Never say dumb.....say blind
It's just a matter of having things fall into place, in the right order
You didn't let Sweetie out, did you?

Thank you O/G for posting the solution. I had actually done everything you said, but couldn't position the second box in the water.

So I read your solution and I thought AND ??? I still couldn't see it.

Eventually I took a really good look and saw the one square I'd been missing. What a laugh!!!

Brilliantly planned level. Thanks for yet another good one.

O/G

An absolutely brillant level which I couldn't have accomplished without your "Spoiler" :? :? Even with that I still had to try several times. Of course once the  went on it then seemed so easy & I felt like a "DUNCE".
Thanks for the fun.

Thank you all for the nice words.
I may start a controversy here..but here goes:

I do not think a level like this is 'fair' to the player. Altho there is a hint, under the front left coin, still, that may not be enough to clue the player in to the key element to this puzzle hidden in wall.
Without pushing the boulder into the water, nothing happens; but I guess you can call it a 'nice surprise' when you find it.

O/G? Start a controversy? :o

I can say that without the hint beneath the first coin, it would have taken
me a whole lot longer than it did. On the other hand, the hint almost gave
away the whole puzzle, so where to draw the line? There came a
point when I knew that something was going to have to fill some gaps, so
the only question was..... what?

As to whether it's 'fair' is up to the designer and the player. I maintain that
if a player doesn't like a level, then don't play it and move on to another.
(Sort of like TV..... or the telly if you will  .) Personally, I don't much
care to check every single wall for a possible hidden item, but maybe some
others do. I play with the timer on always, and it takes a lot of time away
from the more 'important' things to do.

I think it's perfectly fair to have things hidden in walls when the level is this small. The problem for me was not anything that was hidden - it was in plain view. I just didn't see it!!!

Liz, I think you and I did the same thing. It took me the longest time to see how to get that box in the right position. I agree that what was hidden wasn't the problem at all.

About things hidden in the walls, I know some don't like them, but I kind of like them. It adds to the mystery! 8) :P :D

Actually, I like both kinds of puzzles - some with and some without hidden things; I like a variety. BUT:

OG, this level was mean, mean, MEAN! HA HA HA  That was my first thought! Then, I did some searching - you must be in the right mood to do that tho.

When I finally GOT IT (LIGHTBULB CAME ON  ), I decided Lillian was right: This is an extremely CLEAKY level.

THANK YOU OG!! I liked it!

Gosh OG, you really had me tearing my hair out with this one.

I knew something had to be hidden, the problem was 'where?'

After a zillion attempts, I found it. EUREKA!!! :P

Everything just fell into place nicely after that.

Hope you fed Sweetie btw, I left him waiting patiently.

Time for another one methinks.

Ol Gramma,
I've only now arrived at the "What T Do" level (a lot of catching up to do), and I finally tuned into your Spoiler. While doing so I read a few of the other remarks and I do like the idea of a specific dictionary which might include words such as "Cleaky" as it conveys the intended meaning. However, a word (?) such as "suss" and its other derivatives grate on my well being. I hope that I am not being too picky.

Hi Armando,
I am glad you are getting caught up on the levels....we haven't seen you for awhile
I do think Lillian's word, Cleaky, is a really neat word. And..... the only time I ever heard of suss before this forum, was in suspenders!
Naw, you aren't too picky.

i use the word "suss" a lot, as in its not quite right, or dosnt feel right, ie * that person* over there looks a bit suss to me. suss short for suspicious, i think alot of aussies ( ie me ) would use it, i think aussies tend to shorten their words alot ie you say mickey d's we say maccas etc

btw ive been working on this level of yours OG and im about to go back for the spoiler i cant get work it out :?: :?: :?:

Armando wrote:However, a word (?) such as "suss" and its other derivatives grate on my well being. I hope that I am not being too picky.
Yes I think you are. Suss is a well established word in the English vocabulary. For instance, if you are trying to put together some flat pack furniture and the instructions are puzzling, then all of a sudden you understand them, you would say, "It's ok, I've sussed it". Or you might say to a criminal, "You've been sussed, mate", meaning 'you've been found out'. It is used to describe the moment when you work something out.

Of course, if you don't like it, don't use it, and you could always tippex your screen so you don't have to read it.
