Secret Worlds Error II

Well, someone advised me to PM Patrick at Midnight Synergy and I would get an answer to my technical problem, but alas, no such luck. Does anyone here know what to do when I hit "PLAY" and get a dialog box that says 'ERROR' UNABLE TO CREATE 3D SCENE? I figure it has been corrupted since re-installing didn't work, but if I delete it and re-download, I'm afraid I will have to pay for it again. Thanks for any help.

Jambkie, if a PM didn't work, try an email to Midnight Synergy. The email address should be at www.midnightsynergy.com. It's worth a try.

I'll just reply here - most likely your DirecX or video drivers were corrupted. Simply re-install DirectX at www.microsoft.com/directx

If that doesn't work, visit the manufacturer's website of your video card and redownload the video driver.
