A note about "Perplexed"
This level was originally emailed to me by Brentnor's wife
She wrote that he was working on this puzzle at the time of his disappearace two months ago
and would have wanted to share it with everyone here
i have speculated as to the puzzle surrounding my friend's disappearance
Whether brentnor is in a witness protection program or was abducted by aliens, i can only wonder
As for this level, i have spent the last week polishing it up for submission

Hi Amadeus, it was very nice of you to post this on behalf of Brentnor.
It wasn't as perplexing to solve as some of his other levels.
I do hope he returns with some more trickery for us, thanks again.

hi Davidmad,
i added a white gate near the two buttons to made his
puzzle look nicer, but instead i messed up the solution.
i have replaced that gate with its original wall

Wowee, I did it!!!!
I've lost count of the attempts to succeed with this one but by golly, I got it it in the end.
I'm not always the quickest mover but managed to oil the old joints.
Very clever Amadeus and Brentnor, thanks.

Ok, color me dumb.

but I can't even figure out the box puzzle in the beginning. Am I missing something totally simple? A hidden wall? A hidden box or two?

Well, Murphy's Law strikes again. I posted this cry for help and then the next time I tried,

and I got it right.
Yeah, I was being dumb.
Thanks for listening.

don't feel bad- Loirae
it's not an easy level to finish

that does
not have anything hidden
i'm happy you solved it

I finished this yesterday, but then I couldn't find the thread to comment. It had disappeared like Brentnor!
Thanks for bringing this back to page 1, Amadeus.
Of all Brentnor's puzzles, I think this one is the easiest, but then he was just working on it and probably would have made it far more perplexing.
Very enjoyable, because I could finish it!
Hey Mark - why not drop in and pay us all a visit? We miss you.

Lillian,
One area in which to locate Brentnor is with another game. He is member of the game "Professor Fizzwhizz".

I've discovered that I downloaded the 'easy' level first. That's the one I could do.
I'm completely stuck on the proper level.
Any hints would be very welcome!

I tried this level for ages and ages on and off and thought it was unsolvable.
Then, I found a little trick of yours (would be better to place a tree instead of bridge-tile: complete misdirection!) and then it was a walk in park.
Thanks for an ingenious level.
Muzozavr.
