The Wonderland Board

I just downloaded this game and when I try to start it I get the following error message.
Unable to create 3D scene.
Is there something I can do to fix this?

Is this the demo, or the full version?

You might need to update your DirectX drivers at www.microsoft.com/directx and/or your 3d video card drivers.
