WSW The Plain : Useful Tumbleweed

Hi! I can't figure out how to get the second boulder in the water in the first section of "Useful Tumbleweed". So it even got me wondering if I was putting the first one in the water the right way to begin with... I've been at this for 2 days, lol. It might be obvious, but I just don't see it. Could someone help me please?
