Can't download custom levels

I've gone through the steps listed in order to download custom levels, but when I right-click on the "dowload" icon, I don't get the right menu with "save target as" on it. It only gives me choices such as "save image" etc.
What am I doing wrong?

Why are you right clicking on the icon??? The paper clip icon is just an image, which is why you get the menu you are getting. It's the link you need to click.

You don't even need to right-click, (unless you definitely need to see that menu); you can just left click the word 'Download'.

Tried that too

I first tried to left click on the download, and the window came up saying open or save, which I chose save. Then it just closed the window and did nothing (no choice as where to download to, and no level in my files). Then I read the instruction posted on "how to download custom levels", and it said to "right-click" (take a look at that post). That's why I tried that.

Thanks

I got it to work. I had to use Internet Explorer as my browser, instead of Firefox. It was blocking the download.

I have read that post a long time ago. Patrick's advice is incomplete. There is more than one way to download a file.

Right clicking does opens a menuto provide choices. People who don't need the menu (like me) simply left click the download and let it download to where I require it.

I work in IT, have done for 26 years. I know how to download a file. :!: :!: :!:

 I wasn't questioning your advice Bearsland (I too know how to download...it just wasn't working) It's all good now though. Thanks for your time.

Nor I your ability. :D I was pointing out that Patrick's tutorial was incomplete.

Sorry if it came across differently; that wasn't my intention. Please accept my apology if it did.

No offense taken, but thanks

How do you get out of firefox and back to internet explorer?

Glad it's not just me! Let me know if you figure out a way to make it work! (My son is a computer engineer, but I keep forgetting to ask him when I see him). In the meantime, I still have Explorer on my computer so I just use it if I want to download custom levels.
