The Wonderland Board

I just played a custom level by Chickie "Alone in the dark..." (001) and at the end as I disappeared through the gate, I looked up to admire my blinking coins and bonus coins and to my surprise under the regular words it said "YEA" or "YEAH" It went away too fast to see exactly.

It was in a typewriter font and it was not as bright as the regular text ... as if part of the program code . I've never seen it before and have not seen it again on any other lever, or on this level.

Was I imagining things? Or has anyone else ever noticed this?

Thanks. Just to make sure I understand. Im not talking about in the middle of the screen. That I've seen. I mean in the very very top left corner underneath the number of coins and number of bonus coins. Does it pop up there as well? And why don't I always see it when I play this level? I looked at this level in the editor and there isn't a sign at the exit. There isn't a sign in it anywhere.

I deleted my reply when I realised you didn't mean the exit text.

I don't know how that text that you saw appeared, but a few others have seen strange things like that now and again. Usually around Halloween time. It's spooks in your machine.

Loirae, I've never seen that, since I don't have that game but I did experiance a strange sound while playing Stinkers Rescue. I only heard
it twice, both times while playing Puegees part and there's only one way to describe it.... It sounded like Puegee let a rippin fart out.
Has anyone else experianced that???

Loirae, I have seen the "YEA" several times at the end of the game - only when I have completed it with all the coins. I haven't thought to connect it with a particular time of year, will have to pay more attention. I do know that it has happened with different designers and noone seems to know how it got there.

I have seen this discussed before, and YEAH! seems to appear if you are playing in Windowed Mode and have collected all the coins (but I don't think it always happens).

You never see it if you are playing in Full-Screen Mode.

I've seen it a few times too, the last being just recently. I am not sure which level but I think I was in windowed mode! Kind of neat, the little surprises that pop up!

update: NOT playing in windowed mode, playing Amy's "walk or run" and the second time I played it (had to go back for the gold) I got he YES in the top left.
