I am logged on, have purchased rtwonderland and have read mette's instructions, but am unable to download customlevels. when i right click on the download icon, i get a 'save image as' not 'save target as' and cannot proceed further. any ideas please? love the game series

Welcome to the forum, Ymeria! Are you using firefox as your browser? The link below is to a separate thread about the same problem you are having. Another member (named wonderfull) was getting the same result and indicated firefox was blocking the download. That person resolved the problem by using internet explorer to download levels. Hope this helps you. You could probably pm wonderfull for more details.

the download icon is just a picture of a paperclip, not a link to anything. You should be able to click on the word "download" below it. I left click and it brings up a box. but a right click would probably give you the menu that you are expecting.

Just avoid the picture altogether.

Donna, I use firefox as my browser and have no problems with dowloading
the levels. No need for Ymeria to switch to Internet Explorer.

I am having a problem with opening some of the zip ones. I hit EXTRACT ALL. Then I close. It shows me icons of both the zipped and unzipped ones. However, it does not open.

Would someone very kindly tell me the procedure when I want to download both the zipped custom game AND the zipped custom model/custom houses. Does one have to d/l custom models and custom houses to enjoy a level?

I am quite new here too, but LOVE the game and very much admire all you guys who make levels for us to enjoy!

Hello SM, welcome to Wonderland.

There is an excellent tutorial in 'Wonderland General Discussion/Useful thing to Know'.

If this doesn't solve your problem please come back and we will try to get you through this.

Btw, when downloading a custom level from here, they aren't in a zip file.
Only the houses and models are zipped and you don't need them to play a level but they greatly enhance the look.

I did read the download instructions but there isn't anything on how to open zip files in them.

I have found several zipped ones. E.g. Amadeus has a "Goblins Galore" level where the file is gremlins.zip.

Many such, I have downloaded then had to remove to recycle bin as I cannot open em

Amadeus level 'Goblins' isn't in a zip file, the custom model is.
