How do you get Loof to turn and cross the narrow strip of water? I have tried everything. Holding down both arrows at once, switching buttons fast, nothing works. Any hints?

Are you talking about the first group of Bonus Coins?

If so, find a different route.

You may have to start from quite a distance away.

btw. For a real visual treat on this one. After you have finished the level, go back and play again and when you get to the final part where you need to go for the Exit. Before you start the jump, Alt+X the view out, then do it. It great fun.

Bonus Coins Spoiler:

Cross the breakable bridge and go up.
On the second trampoline go right, go left, go right, go left, then go up.
You will land on the other side with the five bonus coins.

I was having trouble w/ this one too. Thanks for the tip. I made it out finally. Your right Bear the overhead view was cool!!

I have found that to change directions in midair, what works best for me, is to to wait until just before Loof hits the trampoline, then I hit the up or down or left or right arrow key, making hin turn in the direction I want him to go.

Hey gang....love the hints for this level. I got the first set of bonus coins, I think I have the idea for what to do with the boxes BUT I can't get that coin by the white gate. I've been bouncing so much I think my kidneys are gone

Any help on when or how you get that last coin by the gate?

Use this image as a guide. Push the boxes along the green arrows, and then have loof follow the yellow arrow. She can push the boxes in the water as needed to get the coin.[/img]

I can do the first part. But at the end I can't get to the rainbow gate. I don't know which way to turn on the tramps

Level was easy i beat it last night.
