My granddaughter and I would like to thank all of you for creating many hours of fun and enjoyment, but now we will probably slow way down. We throughly ejoyed LV5 but LV6 is driving us crazy.

We just don't get it. I guess since you all are so competitive at these games and we are just trying to have fun, that makes it all the more frustrating. I pray that in the future some of you will back track and create more LV5s. We don't want to quit completely, but the fun is going quickly. I've owned Wonderland from it's beginning, but it's changing and we are saddened by it. Thanks again.

My two cents....
We are all here to have fun, no competition going on over here dearie...
Nobody here is competing with the levels as we are all really close friends,
We're like one big happy family...
I'm sorry that you do not like the lv6 platinum edition levels, lv5 levels are no longer able to be made......
I personally really enjoy all of the new stuff platinum edition has to offer...
My favorites are the trampolines and the transporters....
I hope that you give the new stuff another try...
Take a deep breath!!!
Inhale through the nose and slowly exhale through the mouth...
You ready to play yet???
*HeHe!!*
Take care.......

it is like Shorty said, level 5 levels cannot be made anymore due to those having updated to the platinum edition. I am sorry if you feel it has gotten competitive here but I know that we are not being competitve, just having fun. Please stay around. If you have updated to the platinum edition, then you might try the kids levels because I know I make mine easy so that you can get used to the new items. If you do leave, I am sorry that you feel you have to.

LVL5 levels can still be made - the RTW Platinum Edition folder contains various executables: the program wdledit.exe is the level editor from the Deluxe Edition, which saves in LVL5 format (but can't read LV6, so it can't convert), and the program wdleditp.exe is the level editor from the Platinum Edition, which saves in LVL6 format.

Hi Lyricalhen - I do understand what you mean. I think people here got the wrong impression by your posting and thought that you were calling them competitive - but they have got it wrong. All you were trying to say was that you haven't adjusted fully to the new features on offer in the Platinum Edition. Correct me if I am wrong.
If it is any consolation to you, I too feel that there are too many new toys to play around with, therefore making it hard to learn all of them in one swoop. The Custom Levels flew in thick and fast before we barely had a chance to learn the new features. There are also many new tricks/glitches that are being used at the moment too (which are totally great fun if you know what you are looking for and if you have the time and are up-to-date on all the other custom levels - but very difficult if you don't have much time or knowledge). I am also struggling with the trampolines - very easy if you have made the level and know where to jump - but also very frustrating if you don't.
As a level maker, I was only just thinnking today that my next few levels will be "levels of old" - without all the new features, tricks, elements, etc. Personally, I am really happy that there are new textures to use - they will keep me happy for quite a while
So Hen - keep your pecker up - take your time - you don't have to complete every level posted - I certainly am not!
Take care and stick with it sweetie

I should add that I do, for part of my sake, make "old" kid levels as well. I don't always want to use the new things.

I'm sorry, but I have to agree with Lyricalhen. I don't particularly like the new Platinum edition either. Perhaps with time, it will grow on me. I don't think you all are making levels in competition with each other. I think you are making the same kind of levels as before, but using the new stuff and we have not had time to become proficient using it. This makes the levels doubly difficult. In addition, when the glitches are used in levels the difficulty increased more.
To add to the problem, some creators are not posting the hints/spoilers on the thread. Frankly, I don't understand that. There is a way to post hints/spoilers so they do not have to be read. Generally when one person asks for help, there are other people who also need help, but are too shy to ask. In addition, a year or more from now, there will be other people who need help. If the creator is not longer available, who is going to help? There may be someone who can help, maybe not.
How to post hints/spoiler so that they can only be read when highlighted:
When at the "Post a Reply" window, click on "Quote", then click on the color "white". Post the Hint/spoiler, then click on "Quote" again. The hint/spoiler can now only be read when it is highlighted.

That helps me Gen if anyone has troubles on my levels, although even on my worst one, I don't think I would need to unless I'm mistaken

I did not get the wrong impression, I know exactly what she said and what she meant!!!!!!!!!!
The only levels I play/can play are the levels I make.. because they are easy, I don't even download levels anymore !!!!!!! This started even before the platinum edition!!!!!!!

Hi Lyricalhen. I hope you will hang around. As you can see, the level making frenzy has slowed down some. I think the newness of the platinum edition is wearing off a little and things will start to level out now. Re-visit the kids forum and try some of them for a refreshing change. Also it looks like a kid level competition is in the works! That should produce numerous fun and easy level. Please reconsider you decision to participate less.

Thanks soooo much for all the feed back and encouragemnent. Of course, Belle and I will continue to play Wonderland. We still need to complete the original Wonderland! and all the others that followed. We're slow, but persistent. I didn't mean to imply anything in a negative light. If I offended anyone, I'm sorry. We actually tried some of the Kids levels in Platinum and they were fun for us. Belle is 7 years old and loves the challenge. I try to limit time on the computer so that she doesn't forget there is another "World" out there. Therefore, we don't get a lot of practice, but we do have FUN!
Thanks again. And this hen and baby chick will keep on peckin.
Love you all,
Ange & Isabela
