custom level problem

what do you do with a costom level after it's downloaded p.s my smilies are not working either.
You should be able to load RTWP and when you get into the game, you'll see 4 sections. The bottom one is custom levels. If you downloaded the level to the correct place, it will show up there.
For your smilies to work, you need to have it turned on in your profile. Otherwise they will not work.
