Can you post the link so we can see it in context? The numbers on their own don't mean much.

No need, I found it.

It's the numerical equivalent of the arrow keys you need to press.

RR,U,L,D,LL,DD,RRR,U,RR,D,L,D, L,U,LLL,UU,RR,U,RR,DD,R,D,LLLL, U,L,UU,RR,D,L,DD,RRR,UUU,L,R,DDD, LLL,UU,RR,U,R,DD,U,LLL,DD,RR,U,R, U,L,DD,LL,U,LL,D,RR,UUU,L,DD.

If you use the numberpad instead of the arrow keys, they are the numbers that correspond to the left, right, up and down arrows.
