The file itself won't "open" from Windows. Once the .lv6 file is in your customlevels directory, simply start the Return To Wonderland game and select "Start Game", then "Custom Levels". The file should show up in the list.

Hi Zipman! Are you getting an error message on top left of your screen saying "Can't load texture file?" If so, you haven't downloaded the Custom Texture that goes with a lot of the custom levels now. You need to download the custom textures now in the Platinum Edition.

If I am barking up the wrong tree and your problem is something else - please just say and we'll help you again :P

Do you have return To Wonderland DELUX version?

Do you have the Platinum Edition upgrade?

Have you EVER been able to download custom levels in the past?

No problem :P

You didn't say whether you have downloaded levels before. I see you have been a member of the Forum since 2004 - is this problem recent - have you been able to download in the past?

Could you tell me exactly how you are downloading levels? What do you do exactly. Do you have a folder within RTWD called Custom Levels?

:D :D :D I had the same problem on my wifes Lap Top and I think it is due to the fact that she only has the Delux Edition, Try it with the Platinum Edition. :D :D :D
