Where are the levels pages?

I just noticed the middle pages for levels are missing..... 4,5,6,7 & 8 .... hummmm Did the Chompers eat them? ...lol....lol....lol 
Pls let me know if I missed anything ....... I believe it is my turn to turn out a custom level.
