MEMORY ACCESS VIOLATION???

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THIS MEANS?? I CANT LOG INTO THE GAME. THIS LITTLE BOX POPS UP AND SAYS: MEMORY ACCESS VIOLATION. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN....
it can mean a number of things...
1. If you just applied the update, make sure it's in the same directory as your previous installation, otherwise you get this error.
2. If you have a new system (or system changes), ensure that you have the latest set of DirectX drivers (www.microsoft.com/directx) and video card drivers (visit your manufacturer's website).
3. Always make sure your system is virus and ad-ware free - you never know what type of interference those things can run on your system.
