Loof in all Levels

I came to work today and like always, started trying to solve same custom levels when I notices that Loof is somewhere on all these levels. I didn't see him there before. Is this normal? When did he pop up?

Does he cause any problems by beeing there?

He doesn't. The only problem is that you have to restart the game. It will also happen after you play the olymic hockey level, if you play it. in that case, you'll end up with Qookies and Peegues all over.
