It's name refers to the water in it - couldn't really think of any good names

I tried this one the other day and got nowhere so I thought I'ld take another kick at it today.
I can honestly say that from a certain point of view, this was one of the most difficult levels I've played in ages! Every time I thought I had it, it turned out I had an item in the wrong place. It finally came together after much trial and error!
