A lot of luck involved with this one, and a little bit of timing! The one rainbow spirit trapped by the blue gates has to cooperate, otherwise not too easy to do!

This was scary seeing all those cannons behind the gates! I freed the one spirit so I could get to the exit and then I stood there until the other spirits collected all the coins for me!
