how do i find the secrets in wonderland secrets,is there something i should be looking for?

Wonderland : Secret Worlds ?
On the world map, try going to places that are not listed.
When you get to a new level on the world map, try pressing the keys in a direction such as south or north......
I've found one this way but going through the game level by level so have only discovered the Windmill level so far......

Try looking for places on the map where it seems odd that there's no level - and then try to go there

Go through each of the level dots, and press each of the arrow keys in turn from it which don't appear to go anywhere. Keep trying this for every dot on the map, and you will find the secret ones.
