Have you noticed that Stinky has a bit of an accent. Especially when you get to 10 seconds left, hear the countdown.
What kind of accent do they have in Wonderland?

Yes, those accents are pretty funny. Every time Stinky gets to "noine" it just cracks me up. Stinky and Loof are such a couple of cuties!

I do realise it has been years since anyone has posted on this thing (By thing - I mean this conversation), but I want to add an opinion. My bro and I both agree it's a kind of Scottish accent - what does anyone think of that?

Well, there are 3 special things they can say when you lose a level:
French: Ah bon dieu, quatre-vingt-dix-neuf!
English: Oh God, ninety-nine!
German: Nein, du kleine schwein.
English: No, you little pig.
Spanish: No no no! No es bueno!
English: No no no! Not good!
I'm assuming that Patrick put these in there for international players, especially since there are some English ones too. ("Could you please stop doing that?" "Aw, now I have to do it all over again!" and "You know, that kinda hurts.")
Definitely sounds Scottish though!
