Has anyone messed around with a word/image that changes as the puzzles are solved?

My daughter Carly moved to NYC and immediately acquired the nickname Chuck. I thought I would cheer her up one day with a level that spelled out her name first, but spelled her nickname at the end.

I'ts pretty lame, but the best I could come up with off the top of my head. Anyone else try anything like this, or have any ideas??
